Key factors and objectives to our model
- The ERI entrepreneurship development is based upon one on one and group mentoring, whereby all group mentees are engaged in the process.
- Discussion forums around Vision, Mission statement, Objectives and SWOT Analysis.
- Obstacles are debated in order create the direction and identify the challenges.
- Participants actively contribute in the drafting their own business plan and loan application.
- Assistance is provided by highly qualified business consultants, mentors and adjudicators, all drawn from the corporate world.
- Mentees are allocated to mentors within their own specific field.
- Mentees sign a Memorandum of Understanding with strict guidelines and conditions.
- Ongoing support for registered mentees: Questions and contributions can be directed via email, social media or directed to their specific mentor.
- Sessions are videotaped and reproduced on DVD for the participants continued reference and self assessment.
- Ongoing assistance in respect of identifying needs, documentation requirements: who does what and where, where to submitted, etc.
- Discussions around the power of branding, web based marketing and social media.
- Creation of an interactive skills development program on DVD and or on line.
- Make available a monthly subscription model whereby proved articles & essays and success stories in the form of DVD’s from the leaders in Success, Motivation, Self-improvement, Personal Development, and Business.
- Reaching out to entrepreneurs in remote places and including them “live” to participate actively in mentorship sessions on Community TV – “Reality TV Mentorship.”
Note: The titles entrepreneur, participant and mentee refer to the same person and are applied under the various circumstances and situations accordingly.
