Ms Anne Thandeka Gebhardt is a citizen of Namibia. She, since 1995, is owner and Managing Director of National Estates, a Real Estate Company, and National Property Academy (NPA); in that context also Motivational Speaker and Property Consultant.
Ms. Gebhardt career path shows her dedication to Education, Real Estate and as a Humanitarian. Commencing in South Africa, her country of birth, she engaged as a Mathematics & Science Teacher, Matric Examination scripts Examiner and lecturer at the University Fort Hare. Leaving South Africa for South West Africa, modern-day Namibia in 1981, Gebhardt continued teaching Mathematics & Science. As director at the University Centre for Studies (TUCSIN) she lectured Project Management and Science, leaving TUCSIN in 1990
Joining Southern Estates, becoming the first Black Estate Agent in independent Namibia and a role model in the Estate business to black Namibian women. From 1992, as director of Southern Estates, Anne signed responsible for the training of Estate Agents.
After winning multiple awards in this category her appointments to various boards were secured in Government and Commerce. Namibia’s President Sam Nujoma appointed her member of his Advisory Council.
Is was from 2004-2006 when Anne were filling the position as Regional Director Namibia and Botswana for SAP, an international software house.

It was in 2023 when Ms Gebhardt engaged as Namibian Ambassador to the Indigenous Peoples Society of Southern Africa NPC (IPSOSA).
