Marita Engel has been in the wellness field for more than 15 years, not only working as an integrated REBALANCING Bodywork Therapist, but also including different applications to help her patients revive from ill health.
Yoga, Energy healing, Nutrition and outdoor activity are very much part of Marita’s input of health empowering her clients, practicing for more than 15years. As her passion for Art and visual media was very much part of her early years when studying FINE ART at Michaela’s Art school -UCT, she incorporates this application as ART THERAPY, especially in the youth sector of disadvantage communities.
Born from German parents and brought up on a game farm in Namibia- Otjiruze, Marita loves animals and wild life and is very involved with animal rights and conservation. Her hobbies mostly relate to finding ways in expressing herself further, by raising higher consciousness & awareness in prevention of animal cruelty and human discriminations.
Throughout her life Marita has travelled to many parts of the world, using a variety of her talents and gifts, and exploring many different cultures, focused on language, music & food.
Marita’s curiosity in Heritage, allows her to go deeper in her health practice at Llandudno, understanding ‘Human needs’ from a holistic level. She enjoys exploring humanity through a healthy environment, Art and Culture. Nature’s complexities, it’s beauty & endless abundance, inspires her daily, adding value to society and life on earth.
She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Indigenous Peoples Society of South Africa
